As a product leader operating at the frontiers of fintech and lending for the past 12+ years, I’ve donned multiple hats and built a reputation for turning constraints into solutions. I led Retail Asset Fintech Partnerships, Open Banking, and other digital initiatives at Federal Bank; built on-book lending rails at Groww; and now steer key lending product initiatives at M2P Fintech. Along the way, I’ve learned that learning never stops and that true leverage comes from adding value. I thrive on clarity, structured approaches, and meticulous documentation.
