I like building things that actually get used — sales programs, onboarding flows, training frameworks — anything that helps reps level up fast and get real results. I’m big on progress over perfection: ship it, test it, learn from it, then make it better. One of the most impactful programs I built was a series of outbound prospecting workshops that helped reps crack the code on cold outreach — driving a 300% YoY increase in outbound pipeline. That success opened the door to working upmarket with AE teams, where I’ve applied the same philosophy through Gong film rooms and rep coaching to drive improvements in conversion and win rates. My background’s in sales enablement and revenue strategy, but I spend most of my time in the field with reps — watching what’s working, what’s not, and finding repeatable ways to close that gap.
