I am small town girl who respected passion and zeal to do things differently. With my interest in travel and chess, I managed to keep my work aligned to it. Spent about 22 years of working in different industry but recruitment gave me a different kick. From recruitment, my journey to a consultant began and finally landed up managing P&L and working on different strategies to ensure growth, efficiency and new era's are aligned. Being a woman, team, candidates and clients management come naturally to me. And see all three of them grow gives a different confidence and lets me do more and more.
