If I have to win, I'll take as many people as I can with me. If I have to lose, I'll go alone, in business or in life. I build outbound sales functions from scratch. Across early-stage SaaS, cloud, and partner-led businesses, I've helped teams generate millions in pipeline, open new markets, and turn zero into a repeatable revenue motion. When I joined Shellkode as their first outbound hire, the company was 40 people. Today it's 250+, with a six-person outbound team I helped shape. In my first year I drove roughly 10% of total revenue. This year, that number looks closer to 30% purely through outbound. We ended 2024 at $4.5M, doubled in 2025, and we're going after 200% in 2026. Every move in my career has been toward harder problems and bigger markets. Not restlessness,momentum.
