Most marketing professionals are good at one thing — either the creative or the operational side. Few have genuinely lived both. I have. Over 11+ years, I've worked across two fundamentally different marketing environments, high-velocity agency work and large-scale enterprise brand management, and that dual experience is what defines how I think and lead. On the agency side, I've managed a P&L at Dentsu and The Minimalist, led client servicing teams of 35+, and delivered integrated marketing solutions for brands like Amazon Prime Video, Paytm, Tata CLiQ Luxury, Hershey's, Truecaller, Epsilon Carbon, DBS Bank, Tata Neu, Flipkart and ICICI Direct. Agencies taught me to think sharply, move fast, and turn ambiguous briefs into campaigns that perform. On the brand side, I currently lead Marketing Communications at RCM Consumer Products — one of India's largest direct-selling FMCG enterprises with a ₹3100 Cr turnover, managing a 35-member cross-functional team across brand, digital, creative and CSR, with a live portfolio of 40+ categories (450+ products). The work here is less about individual campaigns and more about building the infrastructure that makes marketing compound over time, retention architecture, cross-functional alignment, governance, and execution at scale. Recent results include a 10-percentage-point improvement in first-cycle repeat purchase rates and AI-enabled workflow redesigns that freed up creative bandwidth equivalent to 2-3 FTE roles.
