My focus: helping enterprises move beyond automation into truly agentic operations — autonomous AI ecosystems that execute end-to-end workflows across the full business lifecycle. What I actually do: I bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI engineering and the messy realities of local markets — regulatory complexity, legacy infrastructure, and all. I work across BFSI, NBFC, Insurance, Healthcare, Supply Chain, and Real Estate, deploying compliant, scalable AI agents globally and building GTM frameworks that take companies from regional pilots to global standards. Where I come from: Before Waanee AI, I founded a boutique consulting firm that advised organizations such as EY, PwC, AlixPartners, Infosys, Apollo Hospitals, and Mahindra on CX and technology strategy. That experience gave me something rare: I know how large institutions think — and exactly where they get stuck. Who I am beyond the work: Philosopher, Winemaker, Guitarist, painter, and photographer.
