• AICC is the AI competence center within Deutsche Telekom. GUIDE is responsible for group wide AI thought leadership, AI ethics, AI communication, close colaboration with group strategy, compliance, regulation, HCT community.
• Drive AI based innovation, but safe for our customers. Drive AI ethics discussions with DT, but also outside DT.

• We are aiming to help families to lead a happier life. Technology is there to stay. We want that technology serves the togetherness of the families and not drives fights around media and device consumption. For concious technology use. As as a tool, as smart enabler.
• Some examples? Imagine chores in your households would be turn to a game were all could collect points and trade favors. Imagine, technology could help you to lead a more sustainable life by making transparent how each of your daily choices have contributed to your CO2 footprint. Imagine, we would give you tools to outsmart your smartphone, so you get back the controll of your decisions and can effectivly work against internet/social media addiction. Imagine, technology would help you to bring all your family members to the table for dinner on time and ready for a great conversation.

• IHUB is innovation hub within Deutsche Telekom and home to more than 300 people developing innovations for DT. Those people have an IHUB curriculum for continous development. I'm responsible for currucilum items around emotional intelligence.

• Creating high performing teams over the past years in the innovation area of Deutsche Telekom, deepening my own emotional intelligence journey by attending lots of workshops, reading lots of books, becoming a SIY ("Search Inside Yourself") teacher and mental fitness coach, I feel strong drive to bring this competence to my co-workers and further teams at DT. To enable individuals and teams to discover and unfold their full potential. In the last years I have given workshops, key notes, trainings on the topics above to over 7.000 people. From top leaders to young talents. I have co-founded grass-roots movement "Mindfulness Pioniers", I have rolled out SIY globally (as my hobby), I have co-founded Human-centred technology community in 2022. Since 2024 I'm driving Telekoms partnership with InnerDevelopmentGoals.
