Over the past 15 years, I’ve been lucky enough to work in several early- and growth-stage companies in SaaS, e-commerce, retail, and media. A few things I hold really dear: - I believe design matters: I love building beautiful brands (especially in places where that’s been overlooked). - Internal communications and marketing: I believe the company can’t achieve its goals unless we know (and are excited about) where it’s going and what we’re doing. - Creating demand (and lots of it!): I truly enjoy building inbound demand gen programs that keep pipelines full and sales teams happy. - Cross-functional alignment: I partner closely with sales, customer success, product, and leadership to make sure marketing is moving the needle. - Company culture and hiring philosophies: I’m passionate about cultivating diverse, inclusive, and creative teams and I love dreaming and scheming about unique employee experiences. - Customer-centric marketing: It’s crucial that every campaign, every message, speaks directly to what matters most to our audience (and they come first!)
