Your best SDR is only as good as your weakest system. SDRs don’t fail because they lack talent. They fail because they lack structure, clarity, and leadership. I help fix that. I broke into tech from nursing. Built outbound motions from scratch. Drove millions in pipeline, coached SDRs with a 50% conversation-to-meeting rate.
