I began my career in bulk hiring and operations team setups, where I learned how to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Later, in a service-based IT organization, I moved into full-cycle recruitment, becoming skilled with platforms like Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter while partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong, reliable talent pipelines.
