What is your own unique path in an exponentially changing world? Leadership means taking responsibility to positively shape our future, while being a role model for others to follow. As exponential technologies change our world in dramatic ways, our ability to lead ourselves and others towards a better future is more important than ever before. I am a leadership trainer, coach, futurist and learning designer, helping people and organizations build their future. I have been developing leaders for over 20 years during which I designed and delivered more than 10,000 hours of development programmes, sessions, workshops and learning interventions for clients such as Bayer, HSBC, Shell, Vodafone, Microsoft, Ford, KPMG and Accenture. I have also been trained as a futurist at Singularity University and have spent close to 10 years working with future-focused innovators, entrepreneurs, thought leaders and change-makers globally. My current focus lies at the intersection of Leadership and Artificial Intelligence. I create free content, run facilitated virtual programmes and coach people individually.
