• I have worked as a learning designer, leadership coach and facilitator on leadership development and culture change programmes for HSBC, Shell, KPMG, Thames Water and others. I delivered 9 editions of HSBC’s top global leadership development programme with a 3:1 return on investment ratio. I was also a part of HSBC’s global culture change faculty that delivered cultural interventions to over 100,000 people globally and have personally delivered over 150 days of workshops.
