• Led four geographically multi-disciplinary engineering teams powering X-Ray Live Sports experiences for tier 1 events (TNF, UCL, PL)
• 1. Proposed and delivered 3 multi-year programs and tech roadmap to scale X-Ray Live to 5x more properties, decrease launch and operational costs through Automation by 642 hours per season (16% reduction) and QA operations by 44 weeks per year (70% reduction). This was critical to expand and scale X-Ray to keep up with the Prime Video Sports expansion strategy
• 2. Launched Ligue-1 23 season on the newly built re-architecture (Project Slingshot), redesigning 22 tier 1 services to reduce time to launch new sports property from 20+ weeks to 2 weeks
• 3. Successfully scaled and launched the tech stack to handle 22X traffic to support the exclusive TNF 22 season on Prime Video
• 4. Setup a 3-year vision in 2022 for QA automation to redesign the test suite and deliver automation on Mobile (iOS, Android) on all supported X-Ray properties which is now adopted by all of PV Sports QA
• 5. Drove strategic alignment and built strong collaborations with critical teams in PV Sports to reduce duplication, leveraging, and retooling existing systems with Away-team works

• Built and led team of 16 front End SDEs geographically distributed across US and IN building front end experiences for Prime Video X-Ray org across iOS, Android, Web and Living Room platforms.
• Launched Clip Sharing feature for Amazon Originals on iOS platform. This allows prime customers to select and share custom movie/tv segments (limit to 30 secs) to popular social sharing sites directly from their playback experience.
• Launched "Fan Polls" feature for Thursday Night Football games (NFL) on Android platform. This brings in interactivity to allow Prime Video viewers to participate and engage with their favorite TNF game.

• Led team of 16 SDEs and 1 SDM managing multiple Tier 1 services serving product data, image metadata to Amazon Search, Detail Page, Cart, Checkout and 100+ internal teams. Drove multiple tech improvement projects resulting in annual hardware savings of $2.5MM+.

• Started as an SDE3 and moved to SDM role. Worked with a talented group of SDEs in building a scalable Data Warehousing solution using AWS technologies (EMR, S3, Glue, Dynamo DB, IAM) replacing conventional Oracle Datawarehouse clusters. Today it is the main tool used by hundreds of teams with Amazon in running on-demand, scalable and pay as you use big data workloads.

• SDE in Retail Systems building services, data pipelines and reporting platform for managing various types of Vendor Contracts for Amazon Retail worldwide. Led the design and development of data processing pipeline processing 20B+ transactions (Customer Shipments, Returns, Orders, Vendor Shipments and Orders) daily generating booking and billing records for millions of vendors worldwide.
