About

Serial Retail Tech / Payments Entrepreneur. Co-Founder and CEO of two tech companies (Global Bay and Radius8) resulting in exits to VeriFone (NYSE:PAY) on 11/1/11 and Fiserv on 3/1/22 (NYSE: FI). I am an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a proven track record of driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence in the technology and retail industries. As the co-founder and CEO of Global Bay Mobile Technologies, I played a key role in pioneering omni-channel point-of-sale (POS) solutions, partnering with major brands like Estee Lauder, Guess, and Coach. My leadership led to the acquisition of Global Bay by VeriFone Systems, where our technology became a cornerstone of VeriFone’s mobile commerce offerings, transforming how retailers engaged with customers and managed in-store operations. In 2014, VeriFone sold Global Bay to Manhattan Associates, marking their entrance into the enterprise POS business. Building on this success, I co-founded Radius8 to bridge the gap between online and offline retail experiences. Under my leadership, Radius8 attracted top clients such as Lucky Brand, Orvis, and adidas by leveraging real-time, location-based data to create personalized shopping experiences that drove foot traffic to physical stores. This innovative approach led to the strategic acquisition of Radius8 by Fiserv in 2021, where I continued to drive growth and integration within the organization. At Fiserv, as the Head of Clover Growth, Mid-Market and Enterprise Segments at Clover, I played a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational excellence within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. I contributed to achieving Clover’s $2.11 billion revenue goal, surpassing targets and driving nearly a 50% increase in revenue for the Clover Sport segment. I led critical initiatives, including the development of business strategies projected to generate $280 million in incremental revenue over the next three years and positioning Clover to compete aggressively in the restaurant and multi-location markets. I also spearheaded efforts to enhance client satisfaction within Clover Sport, improving payment accuracy and addressing key operational challenges. My ability to build and scale teams, optimize operations, and strategically position products for market success has consistently delivered strong financial results and set the foundation for sustained growth.
