Hi, I’m Mandavi, an HR professional with a passion for building people-first cultures that scale with heart and clarity. Over the past few years, I’ve led end-to-end HR charters across talent acquisition, engagement, development, and culture building, with a strong focus on creating inclusive, high-performing environments. At Toddle, I currently lead the People & Culture function, shaping employee experience, streamlining org practices, and championing initiatives that help teams feel connected and supported. Previously, I was a People Officer at McKinsey & Co., where I worked closely with the Business Analyst cohort on coaching, onboarding, and performance. I also spent time at OYO, partnering with marketing leadership to elevate employee experience at every stage of the journey. Interestingly, I began my career in law and academia, as a legal counsel and then an Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean, before making a wholehearted pivot to HR.
