  • 1. Fund operations / Set-up
  • As the fund matures, we have recently completed Fund I activities and in the midst of setting up Fund II with a partner company as Co-GP.
  • Responsibilities from Fund operations perspective includes
  • Assist in the set-up and structuring of a new venture capital fund with a defined investment model
  • Managed fund formation, LP fundraising, regulatory compliance, and capital deployment strategies
  • Appointment of vendors (Legal/Corp Sec/Banks/Licensing application/Fund Manager/Fund Admin/AMLRO etc.) with oversight on governance frameworks, and operational processes for fund efficiency
  • Oversaw vendor relations, capital calls, fee structuring with Fund Manager, and fund lifecycle management.
