I am a technology leader and entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience building high-growth businesses and driving strategic transformations across gaming, e-commerce, automotive, and EV industries. An IIM Calcutta alumnus and a Fortune 40 Under 40 leader, I am passionate about building ecosystems that empower talent, unlock innovation, and position India as a global force. As Head of Strategy at Nazara Technologies, I lead group-wide initiatives to define long-term growth, embed an AI-first mindset, forge global partnerships, and incubate new ventures. I also work closely with the Government of India and state governments to help shape gaming policy and ecosystem development. Earlier, I led Nazara’s real-money gaming business through OpenPlay, steering its transition and eventual merger into Baazi Games. Beyond Nazara, I serve as Asia Lead & Board Member at IGDA’s Global Incubators & Accelerators SIG, guiding a worldwide network of incubators to nurture the next generation of gaming studios. In India, I collaborate with the Game Developers Association of India (GDAI) to drive the India Incubation initiative, which aims to launch and support thousands of new game studios over the coming years. Earlier in my career, I scaled EV and auto startups, and consulted Fortune 500 companies across auto, oil & gas, e-commerce, and retail to drive transformation and growth. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: strategy is about seeing further, and leadership is about enabling others to go faster. That’s the lens through which I build, mentor, and shape what’s next.
