I have direct responsibility for joint innovation, revenue growth of the global partnerships, driving transformation at scale. Prior to joining Microsoft, I held various leadership positions at IBM across software and services business units, spanning strategy, product innovation, and corporate finance. I was the Integration Executive for Instana, an IBM acquisition, and later took over from its CEO during the transition, delivering outstanding revenue growth and profits well above the business case. I have had the privilege of scaling businesses in both developed and emerging markets, including India and in the Middle East. I am passionate about building high performance teams and implementing strategic transformational initiatives, maniacally focused on customer experience and success. Having started my career as a developer, I have a strong technical bent and always look for opportunities to hone my technical skills.
