A Learning & Development professional specialising within the staffing & recruitment industry. A former sales consultant & sales manager, I moved into the L&D space in 2017 to focus on developing others. I believe in a blended learning approach, mixed up of in person trainer led learning, online e-learning and on the job coaching to help deliver best in class development to all staff. I strive for impactful learning interventions by following the mantra of 'giving people what they need, when they need it'. Outside of my professional life I'm a big rugby fan and still play at the weekend. I'm also a lover of live music and discovering a new city.
