Setup Fountainhead Preschool with Ankita Diwekar-Kabra a year after graduation from IIMA in April 2005. Co-founded Fountainhead School from a 10-acre campus, which is currently running classes Nursery to Grade 12, with 2100 students, and another 300+ students at Fountainhead Preschool. Fountainhead School is run 3 International Baccalaureate (IB) Programs. It's also accredited to offer the American High School Diploma through MSA-CESS. As Head of School at Fountainhead School, I have been involved across the IB programs in the academics as well as all the administrative processes. I have taught the Theory of Knowledge (TOK) to the Diploma Program students and continue to be involved with TOK. My present role is mainly strategy and leadership building. Am an avid reader and blogger (www.vardankabra.in). Play Ultimate Frisbee regularly - have represented India twice at the Masters Level in World Championships in Dubai and London. Current interests include Public Policy in Education and Politics. Published a book on Reimagining Education in Indiain 2023.
