I am a Partner & Associate Director, AI & People Strategy with BCG. I focus on Leadership, AI, Digital Delivery, Synthetic Classrooms, Neuroscience-based Learning Design, Top Team Effectiveness and Change Management. I research AI adoption, application and early impact using real world success stories. I bring learnings from these to client situations. I also run a number of personal experiments to augment human productivity working in tandem with a variety of AI technologies. I previously spent a decade with Hindustan Unilever in a variety of sales, marketing and analytics roles. I also served as the open enrollment lead faculty with the Center for Creative Leadership on their Singapore campus. I spend time helping clients bring an AI first mindset to everything they do. Identifying use cases across BCG's Deploy - Reshape - Invent framework is the fastest way to get to 80%+ daily AI usage in the organization. I have a bachelors degree in Economics and a post-graduate diploma in management with a specialization in marketing. I am a certified virtual facilitator, instructional designer and executive coach.
