I see them as two sides of the same revenue engine. I've led rebrands that quadrupled inbound pipeline quarter-over-quarter, built ABM-content strategies that have consistently closed six-figure deals, and significantly shifted pipeline composition toward enterprise and mid-market accounts. Marketing is a revenue function, not a support function, and I have the track record to prove it. Adaptability for AI Era: I market AI tools while using AI to market, which means I'm constantly testing what actually works versus what's just noise. Every few weeks, new tools shift what's possible, distribution channels evolve their algorithms overnight, and what worked last quarter might not work this quarter. I thrive in that uncertainty. Heavy focus on experimentation, hands-on learning, and the flexibility to reprioritize budgets and team efforts when the rules of the game change. I've optimized for LLM discovery, scaled content production with AI assistance, and rebuilt strategies mid-flight when new martech or platform changes demanded it. GTM Alignment: Don't believe in Silo'ed execution or success. I partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product to align on ICP, target accounts, messaging, and revenue goals. I speak Finance's language (ROI, CAC, pipeline contribution), Sales' language (talk tracks, qualification criteria, objection handling), and Product's language (positioning, differentiation, feature storytelling)—then translate all of it into integrated marketing strategies that actually work across channels. Team & Ops Building: Built marketing orgs from scratch twice. Hired, structured, and mentored cross-functional teams (content, SEO, design, Ops, social media, and product marketing).
