About

My vivid career spans over two decades, and I have worked with industry-leading global organizations, including Hewlett Packard, Capgemini and Marriott International. My experience and expertise range from program management to business transformation and from corporate communications to strategy planning. My work allowed me to lead cross-functional projects across 6+ industries and 40+ countries, which also makes me quite people & culture-obsessed. In 2024, I chose to pour all my experience and expertise into the gifting industry, which is highly fragmented and unorganised in India. With a market value of approx US$ 75 BN, it also happens to be a significant contributor to the landfills. I founded PostScript with a long-term vision to be India’s most thinking and thoughtful gifting company. My near term focus is on creating bespoke solutions for enterprise, executive, and events gifting. While we have a long journey ahead of us, all of my work at Postscript is in the service of making thoughtful gifting easy, and, most importantly, reducing the amount of wastage that current corporate and events gifting approaches create. I might have donned the role of an entrepreneur recently, but I will always remain a sense-maker and story-teller at heart. I like to connect the dots, champion a shared vision, lead with intent, plan with clarity, and operate with integrity.
