As the CHRO of Infosys and Group companies, I'm responsible for envisioning the roadmap for HR, driving strategy, and implementing operational priorities aligned with the overall organizational mandate globally. My responsibilities also include Leadership development, Education and Training. I serve as a Trustee of Infosys Foundation which drives impactful Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Additionally, I serve on the Governance Board of International Institute of Information technology (IIIT) Bangalore, and am an active member of the CII National Committee on Leadership & HR. Enthusiastic about fitness and wellbeing, outside of work you'll find me golfing or trekking.
