I guess the best way to describe me is to reproduce what has been told at functions:-) Muneer is a well-known columnist and management consultant. As the CEO and Managing Director of CustomerLab Solutions, an innovative management consulting firm in partnership with some of the finest thought leaders in the world, he pioneered the implementation and proliferation of balanced scorecards in India. His other company, Innovative Media, is a customer and knowledge management company and is credited with creating the thought leadership seminar industry in India. He has spearheaded India Inc’s global foray through a partnership with India’s leading industry body, the Confederation of Indian Industries. He is also working with FICCI on a SME Scorecard Initiative to help SMEs achieve execution excellence. He has been advocating the use of BSC and other tools in government to the President, PM, FM, Rahul Gandhi and several Chief Ministers in India to accelerate the country’s economic growth, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its governing bodies, and enhance its global stature. Currently he is driving the idea of Medici Innovation to solve the many problems of inclusive growth and successful implementation of government schemes. This is done through a non profit organisation The Medici Institute in association with the Medici Group in the USA. As a leading columnist since the time he started off while in college, he has written regularly for Economic Times, Times of India, Economic Times, Business World, The business Line, Khaleej Times, Independent, Business Standard, Gulf News, Financial Chronicle and many more. He has a few published books to his credit. Muneer has worked closely with South African Football Association during the 2010 Fifa World Cup and had been involved with the special media world cup during the time. Currently he is on the advisory board of 35th National Games in India.
