This cross-cultural experience has provided me with deep fluency in leading complex, matrixed organizations through periods of significant market disruption and technological evolution. Beyond operational leadership, I am committed to high-standard corporate governance and organizational excellence. I leverage my academic background including a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Iowa and my prior service as an Independent Board Director (Chair, ESG Committee) for Krafton to drive responsible, ethical, and sustainable business strategies.
