What started as a small experiment scaled to six figures in revenue, over 600 fulfilled orders, and expansion across multiple colleges in India. It wasn’t perfect – scaling came with its own challenges, and I had to hit pause. But the experience taught me the stark difference between theory and practice in business and gave me a firsthand understanding of building and running something from the ground up.I’ve since had the opportunity to manage teams, lead 0-to-1 growth projects, and experiment with marketing strategies that make people stop and take notice. My approach? Understand the exact pain points, create solutions that actually work, and keep re-iterating until we crack the code. I believe in cutting through the noise with strategies that are both innovative and practical. Right now, I'm working with Flent as a Supply Generalist, where we are effectively doing the same to residential renting, what Swiggy did to ordering food and Uber did with ordering a cab. Here, I'm handling growth, product, automations and tech in the Supply division of the team.
