I am one of those fortunate people whose passion and profession converge to a form a fulfilling career. Coaching and Developing Leaders is something that I am deeply passionate about and I measure my success by the no.of people I have helped succeed. During my career journey spanning across 30 years, I have worked in industries like Banking, Packaging, Consulting , Training and FMCG and in areas like Sales, Consulting and Human Resources. These eclectic mix of experiences have given me an opportunity to observe and understand Business from multiple perspectives which I leverage to make my approach to Leadership Coaching & Development grounded and real. The first half of my career in Sales has developed a constant customer and business orientation in my approach which I find an invaluable asset in Leadership Coaching & Development. My holistic understanding of Leadership Development comes from working with two century old, highly respected companies on both sides of the table - Coca- Cola and Dale Carnegie Training, where I enjoyed senior positions and a highly respected reputation. Over the years, I have traveled across the globe , developing top leaders from countries like India, US, Canada, UK, Germany, Japan, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar , Singapore, Malaysia and many more. In the process I have collected multiple certifications , a few awards , and more importantly an enviable fan base of leaders who continue to make me proud by their trailblazing success. In recognition of my Leadership Development expertise, I was invited by the prestigious ATD (Previously ASTD), US to present at their Global Convention in Washington DC as well co-author a book titled Destination Facilitation with six other Leadership Development Experts from across the Globe. Aside from being a published author, I am also an unpublished poet and an inspirational storyteller.
