Hi there, I’m Kurt Pinoy, CEO of Premium Plus. We’re a Zendesk Premier Partner and Partner Of The Year with six offices across EMEA. Believe it or not, Premium Plus didn’t start out as a Zendesk implementation partner. It was a construction and facilities company. At the time, I ran facilities and needed a tool to get organized. I did some research, found Zendesk, and got it configured. After that, business after business came knocking on our door. “Can you help us do what you did with Zendesk?” It was obvious that we needed to pivot from construction to tech implementation. Almost 13 years later, here we are
