As Head of Product at Amazon, I had a bold goal: launch international deals for the first Prime Day in China and Mexico, with just a 3-month window. I built a product strategy with sharp trade-offs, aligned 25+ global teams, secured SVP buy-in, and delivered a 280% revenue spike. Later, I introduced an AI/ML solution to curate deals by country. This initiative ultimately contributed 17% of Global Store’s $1B business line. Also at Amazon, while leading Product for their Workforce Management systems, I tackled a major employee experience challenge while reimagining how managers and employees managed time off, a process generating millions of support tickets monthly. In just two months, I delivered a new vision that received raving feedback from our SVP and leadership, and post-launch, drove a 15% CSAT increase within a month. Outside of Amazon, I built my own startup from scratch, learning firsthand the grit and resourcefulness it takes to build, sell, and scale. Today, I continue to support small businesses and emerging entrepreneurs through strategy advisory work and angel investing, helping dreams and great ideas come to life.
