I've been on both sides of the table — built a consumer wealthtech as a founder, and run marketing at companies where the brief was "make people know we exist." Survived both, although one left more scars than the other. At IDfy, I built share of voice from 0 to 36% in a year. Campaigns that made people actually remember the brand, not just see it. At PayNearby, I built the enterprise vertical from scratch — new B2B business, no playbook, ₹10 crore in throughput within three months of launch. 12 years in BFSI and fintech. Most of that at the intersection of brand, content, and growth. For the past year, I've been deep in AI — building with it, writing about it, and putting it to work in real marketing workflows. I run Lazy AI, a newsletter with 8,000+ subscribers that breaks down AI for non-technical readers. Yes, I use AI to write a newsletter about AI. I've made my peace with it.
