  • As the Senior Vice President of Global Field Sales, I was essentially hired to dismantle the organization’s front end sales and marketing organizations – to break them down and then build them back up.
  • I am passionate about reinvigorating businesses to grow them and create enduring value for clients, shareholders and employees. The rebuild of the sales and marketing organizations was carried out by creating the right business segmentation (SMB, Commercial and Enterprise) globally, whilst layering in a proper sales and forecasting playbook.
  • Successfully establishing both Toronto and UK offices, I also rebuilt the APAC team, which was based out of their Sydney and Bangalore hub.
  • The impact of these activities on Replicon’s bottom line was immediate – I took the company’s revenues from under $6M USD to more than $18M USD in just 18 months.
