• As a part of Corporate Management Services team of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, I was responsible for conducting risk based internal audits of the companies in Mahindra Group and more so of the companies which are part of Mahindra Financial Services Sector (MFSS).
• During my tenure, I have worked on following types of assignments:
• researching and assessing how well risk management processes are working on key business activities
• assessing how well the business is complying to rules and regulations and informing management whether any issues need addressing
• identifying continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes and control measures
• researching and reporting on factors influencing the business performance
• With the assistance from my mentor, I also designed an 'ACL Script' for continuous monitoring of customer retention process for one of the group company in MFSS.
