About

15+ years of experience in e-Commerce business management, 0-1 and 1-10 journeys in e-commerce, e-commerce Category Management, and FMCG Sales & Distribution Management. In my current role, I’m responsible for building a consumer business from the ground up—navigating the full journey from 0→1 and now scaling it toward 1→10. Over the last two years, I’ve led a cross-functional team that operates at the intersection of product innovation, supply chain execution, performance marketing, and on-platform growth. From identifying white spaces and launching high-potential SKUs across multiple categories to driving sell-through on e-commerce marketplaces and managing the complete P&L, my role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. I work closely on supplier development, sourcing, pricing architecture, marketing efficiency, and customer experience—all while building systems to scale sustainably. This experience has been a deep dive into the complexities (and thrill) of modern commerce: where execution speed, category intuition, and operational discipline make the difference between flat and flywheel business. In my previous role, I led a team of 45 (Managers, Team Leads, Associates) to grow vendors' businesses at scale. Significant exposure to different channels like Retail – online & offline (EBOs & Franchisees), General Trade, Modern Trade, for companies like Cloudtail, Pepperfry, General Mills, Cavinkare & Wildcraft. Have worked substantially in both rural and urban markets across various locations in the country. Have been a people manager throughout my career and have successfully handled diverse teams of various sizes in all my professional assignments. My interests lie in building businesses through effective Category Management, understanding consumer behaviour, business planning and forecasting, effective channel management.
