I am a hands-on strategy and marketing leader with experience leading and working with globally distributed teams and diverse cultures. In the past, I have been Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant to the MD & CEO of Tata Communications. I have also set-up and lead alliances marketing globally for Tata Communications with TCS as well as major cloud providers to drive joint GTM. I also drove the strategic Account Based Marketing for our Global Top Strategic accounts. I also led the overall program for Tata Communications on the CII-Tata Communications Centre for Digital Transformation as well as managed Tata Communications' partnership with Confederation of Indian Industry. I was also a member of the Governing Council for the Centre. I was a part of the TAS program (the flagship leadership program of the $100bn Tata Group) aimed at creating a talent pipeline of leaders for the Tata Group.
