Over the last 10+ years, I’ve operated across e-commerce, quick commerce, and hyperlocal ecosystems,owning P&L, solving for unit economics, and driving growth in high-velocity environments where execution matters more than intent. Most recently, I built the quick commerce business for Zippo India from scratch and scaled in e-commerce, q-commerce and D2C. No playbook. Just sharp execution across assortment, pricing, demand, and supply.
