An engineer-turned-entrepreneur and consultant-turned-operator, I love fixing broken processes and building ventures from 0-to-1 & scaling from 1-to-10. :) --------- My "Why": Increasing the success rate of new experiments and building sustainable organisations (commercial & social). "How": I have a major "Bias for Action", believe strongly in “Doing Better” while trying not to play the zero-sum games. My personal and professional lives are driven by values as Courage, Freedom, Authenticity, Trust, Humility, and Compassion. "What" (story until now): My first business of mango trading was at the age of 20 while pursuing graduation. In the next 6 years, I worked for a textile unit, interned at a media house, and built an eCommerce app. From 2016 to 2020, I was busy building ScaleFactor Labs and The Flora, primarily managing finance, operations, and compliance while consulting early-stage ventures. With 91x, tried solving India's logistics problem during 2021. When I failed at that, joined ProjectHero to build platform and services for India's construction ecosystem, taking care of strategy & new initiatives from mid-2022 to early 2024. Currently working at AutoVRse, leading the growth charter. A big advocate of "giving back", I have been donating blood every 3 months and am going to buy a barren land to grow the jungle before I die. (yes, I hate the zoo)

Customers definitely deserved better than the endless scrolling. Wanted to build something which was more personalized and customised. The aim was to show only those products which increase the likelihood of purchase.
  • Business model:
  • Do not hold inventory or be a marketplace. But to aggregate and curate the best from what was already available from other marketplaces & brands, and earn via affiliate commission.
  • Product:
  • UI/UX: The famous Tinder UI with only one product on the screen helps in taking a call w/o thinking much
  • Recommendation engine: think of Spotify doing the magic: the system will start learning the 'likes' of the customer, colour, pattern, type and so on. Also, the profiling will help show products which were liked by similar profile in other parts of the country.
  • Wishlist: the right-swiped products will be saved to wishlist and whenever there was a price drop, we will notify the customer
