Collaborated closely with the National Sales Office and Travel Industry Sales Office of ITC Hotels to convert leads from multiple channels and successfully execute events from inquiry to completion. Currently, I am working with The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences as an Assistant Sales Manager, where I focus on driving revenue through the MICE segment. I manage key MICE accounts across West Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram, working closely with clients to deliver successful meetings, groups, conferences, and events. I am passionate about building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and continuously learning within the dynamic hospitality industry.
