Hospitality sales professional with hands-on experience across some of India’s most renowned luxury and heritage hotel brands. A graduate of B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration (2020–2023) from Delhi Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Lajpat Nagar, affiliated with IGNOU and under NCHMCT. As part of my academic curriculum, I completed my industrial training at Taj Palace, New Delhi, where I gained exposure to all four core hotel operations—Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen, and Housekeeping—along with a brief training stint in Human Resources. This experience built a strong operational foundation and understanding of luxury hospitality standards. I have since developed a strong career path in hotel sales and business development, working with some of the most prestigious hospitality brands in India: • The Ashok Hotel, Chanakyapuri (ITDC) – Worked as a Banquet Sales Associate at one of Delhi’s most iconic properties featuring 550 rooms and 8 banquet venues. Managed end-to-end banquet sales including client servicing, event planning, and coordination. • Roseate Hotels & Resorts – Served as an Executive Trainee – Sales & Marketing in a cluster role, managing room and event sales across three Roseate properties in India. This role strengthened my capabilities in corporate room sales, event sales, travel industry sales, and strategic client relationship management. • ITC Maurya, New Delhi – Worked as a Sales Executive in a reactive sales role within the luxury hospitality segment. Collaborated closely with the National Sales Office and Travel Industry Sales Office of ITC Hotels to convert leads from multiple channels and successfully execute events from inquiry to completion. Currently, I am working with The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences as an Assistant Sales Manager, where I focus on driving revenue through the MICE segment. I manage key MICE accounts across West Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram, working closely with clients to deliver successful meetings, groups, conferences, and events.
