Someone decided on the wrong platform, or the right platform for the wrong reasons, or no-one asked whether the operating model could support it. That is the problem I work on. I am a Fractional CMO and strategic MarTech advisor with deep technical fluency. I can read a stack architecture and translate it into a board-level decision. After 15+ years working across Benelux, the UK, the Middle East and the Americas, most of it inside complex international organisations, I have learned that the hardest part is rarely the technology. My work sits at the intersection of marketing transformation, platform decisions and revenue architecture. I advise CMOs and senior marketing leaders on operating models, platform strategy, and complex transformation initiatives - particularly where the stakes are high: M&A, spin-offs, IPO readiness, post-merger integration. I hold Adobe certifications in Marketo Engage Architecture - one of a small number in Europe - and have led the Adobe Marketo User Group Benelux since 2018. Earlier this year I completed Harvard University's Innovation Strategy program as part of the beta cohort. I work through my Dutch BV.
