• Manage all phases of enterprise labeling projects including requirements, design, budget, SLC, procurement, networking & utilities, automation, installation, training, startup, and support

• Defined requirements for variable weight automated labeling solutions that were installed at two production facilities, eliminating the need to staff 18 additional positions
• Worked closely with Ricoh media engineers to improve the raw label media used for Tyson direct thermal label printing, resulting in higher print speeds and improved label quality
• Worked directly with engineers at SICK Germany to develop requirements for a new line of wash-down sensors and scanners for use in our facilities
