Growing up in a family where the dining table discussions were like a competitive sport, each member taking turns to share their routines, mistakes, and lessons learned—based on which one person was awarded the dessert . As a child, this time was bothersome, but soon it made me realize the importance of sharing and learning. I’ve developed a habit of tracking my progress daily. Just like life itself, I’ve experienced both success and loss. But this continuous learning has never let me down; instead, it has made me resilient and adaptable for the next challenge I take on. My career journey began in the automobile industry, where I worked as a management trainee under a wonderful leadership. They emphasized the most crucial aspect of any organization: its people. This perspective broadened my horizons and allowed me to harness diverse viewpoints, ultimately fostering productivity. Later, I ventured into the IT SaaS industry—a gold mine of opportunities. Assigned the task of re-evaluating the pricing strategy, I put my creative thought process and inquisitive nature to work. The result? A strategy that transformed our deal desk’s roadmap. Soon, I found myself leading the pricing strategy for the organization (Zycus).
