Liaising with Branches, Accounts and the Clients for resolution of queries to ensure efficient functioning. Maintaining MIS for cases received and processed. Handling cheque revalidation requests and issuance of fresh cheques and maintaining MIS for the same. Inter-Departmental coordination to ensure efficient functioning of process.
