About

A dynamic HR Leader who designs and develops organisations that enable growth and performance. My professional HR career has been built on a multi-cultural foundation having worked and lived in India, Singapore and France. I have experienced a wide range of HR roles including Talent COE, HR Consulting, HR Business Partnering in regional and global setup and served different sectors and industries. Adept at leading transformation in highly matrixed, complex organisation. I like to spend time coaching and mentoring HR teams to maximise business outcomes. Working early in consulting gave me the necessary foundation and appreciation on what impact HR can have on the business if one takes the time to understand the business. I am strong believer of building World Class HR and Leadership Teams to positively impact people, performance and overall organisation. As a leader, I build strong and deep partnership with business leaders and front-line employees to understand both personal and professional priorities. I believe in leveraging diversity in developing people management agenda that motivates engagement and drives results. I saw this for myself having lived in different places and worked with highly successful diverse teams. I bring my broad experience and functional expertise to a growth organisation that invests in its people. I thrive when serving as an advisor to C-suite executives, identifying transformational needs and develop change initiatives to achieve sustainable growth. Having worked extensively on re-organization, change management, culture transformation, post-merger integration, coaching leaders and driving several strategic initiatives for the businesses, I see myself as a rounded HR professional.
