About

Most chronic disease programs teach people to manage their condition. We wanted to reverse it. In 2015 I co-founded what became Breathe Well-being - starting with a fitness app, pivoting into B2B corporate wellness, scaling that to 50,000+ users and making it profitable, then in 2019 seeing something that changed everything. Sitting inside a corporate client, we realised how many employees had diabetes and how expensive it was for everyone. We went back to zero and built a diabetes reversal program from scratch. I ran the early experiments personally. Talked to patients every day. Designed the program. Then built the whole delivery stack - a coaching methodology, a training academy scaled on nothing but PowerPoint and Excel, a backend console that started as a coach tool and became the operating system for a 300-person company, and a patient-facing product. When we had two months of runway and no budget for content, I filmed my own exercise videos. They rated 4.9 stars. When we needed to build up our sales channel, I built and ran webinars personally until they became our primary revenue driver. Over 11 years: 120,000+ patients and users. 70,000+ on our diabetes program with a 70% remission rate. Clinical abstracts at ADA, AACE, ECE and EASD. $13M raised from YC, Accel, GC and 3one4 Capital. Two pivots. One shutdown - done responsibly, with enough left to pay every employee fairly and refund every customer. Our program outperformed Virta Health on HbA1c reduction at one-tenth the cost — $260 versus $3,000. What I built: → Diabetes reversal program - 70,000 patients, 70% remission rate, 70 NPS, 60% renewal → Coaching academy of 300, built without a learning management system → Internal console that became the operating system for the entire company → Sales webinar program - built personally, became primary revenue channel Now I'm looking for what's next - somewhere I can build again. CPO, Head of AI Product, senior operator, or early-stage builder. My background is in health but I'm drawn to wherever AI can compress years of manual building into months. Based in Delhi, open to Gulf, Singapore, US, UK, EU - remote or location-flexible. If you're building something meaningful in AI - or know someone who is - I'd love to talk.

  • Built a diabetes reversal platform from zero - personally designed the clinical program, ran early experiments, and owned product end-to-end with a junior tech lead and no senior product or engineering leadership.
  • 70,000 patients, 70% remission rate, 1.6% average HbA1c reduction - outperforming Virta Health at one-tenth the cost ($260 vs $3,000); abstracts presented at ADA, AACE, ECE, and EASD
  • D30 retention 94–98%, NPS 70, LTV:CAC 2x with Day 0 CAC payback - consistently among the strongest unit economics in digital health
  • Scaled to $200K MRR with 20% MoM growth in 2024; blitzscaled from India to 20+ countries covering every time zone without bottlenecking growth; achieved HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001 compliance
  • Built patient app, internal coaching console (became operating system for 300-person team), and clinical measurement infrastructure
  • Founded Coaching Academy from scratch - full hiring, training, and performance pipeline built on PowerPoint and Excel before any LMS
  • Built and personally ran sales webinar program until it became primary B2C revenue channel; handed off to dedicated team
  • Designed company-wide appraisal system; retained majority of team through compensation restructure
  • Built all investor-facing product, technology, and AI strategy materials across $13M raised from YC, 3one4 Capital, Accel and GC
  • Wound down responsibly in 2026 — full employee payouts and customer refunds on all remaining memberships
