I wanted to be an astronaut after watching the space shuttle Challenger explode in grade school. Years later, I got to go to Space Camp, and I learned something that would unexpectedly shape my entire career. I ranked 3rd in my cohort and was assigned Head of Mission Control, while the top two got the shuttle cockpit. I was disappointed at the time. But it turned out to be exactly where I belonged. Mission Control sees the whole system. How every moving part connects. How to course-correct in real time. How to achieve the mission. That’s my superpower. I’m a 3x CMO, GTM advisor, and revenue partner with 20+ years of experience turning marketing into a true growth engine. I specialize in building and aligning go-to-market systems—where brand, demand, product, sales, and customer experience work together to drive measurable results. My path wasn’t linear. I started in graphic design at an agency, moved in-house and into strategy, and quickly realized I didn’t want to be the “arts and crafts” department. I wanted to understand the business: the customer, the market, the economics, and the levers that actually move revenue. That curiosity pulled me from agencies into high-growth B2B and B2B SaaS—where speed, clarity, and execution matter. Along the way: * I built a marketing function from scratch at Arbinger, generating $100M+ in pipeline in 18 months and driving 400%+ ACV growth and 50% revenue growth. * I led GTM transformations at BoostUp.ai and Mindtickle, resulting in 3–4x pipeline growth, 300%+ higher inbound ACV, and 93% YoY ARR growth. * I charted new territory in ABM at 6sense and Aprimo * I’ve worked across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C—giving me a rare ability to zoom out to the big picture while still executing in the weeds.
