About

You know that person who take lemons and turns them into lemonade? That's me. As a single parent at age 19 I left an abusive marriage and set out to build a great life for my son and I. With a degree in education (yea, I got out of high school at 16) I became a teacher of young children. But it didn't pay enough for me to raise my family. I'm one of the few women who INTENTIONALLY went into B2B sales to earn a "sky is the limit" living. Started at the bottom - in SDR and BDR roles, became a full-cycle rep and then into sales leadership over about 18 years. I was trained by Apple, IBM, and other top technology companies. Then I launched my own sales strategy firm to help sales teams succeed. I speak virtually about tactical ways to grow revenue. Companies hire me to help them with sales transformation through data and best practices I teach HR and sales leaders how to hire top sales talent (but am not a recruiter) We have a tried-and-true process to show company leaders data and insight about their existing sales reps, leaders, processes, and pipeline. You then make decisions based on data, not gut. Gut only works 50% of the time (or less!) Using that data, our team makes recommendations / coaches leaders / gives virtual training - which results in a shortened sales cycle and revenue growth. SaaS / tech / manufacturing / distribution / Financial Services / telecom / software Additionally: A passion of mine is for more women in B2B sales and leadership. Women Sales Pros (launched 2015), the SheSellsSummit, and podcast "Conv. w/ Women in Sales" are products of this passion. I'm a change maker. A game changer. I've been given a lot of energy every day to do positive things, and with the support of great peers and role models, I work to do that. I help fix sales team issues - and I am a master connector, so it's only natural that I train sellers on referral strategies. It is a big, abundant world. I work best with big picture thinkers and visionary leaders, not small thinkers. As a lifelong learner, I love to share the latest in what works now. Let's talk. lori@scoremoresales.com (978) 595-2045 #womensalespros #womeninsales #sales #assessment #seeitbeit "Never confuse sales activity with accomplishment" I have been involved in more than 100 sales projects, panels, events, recognition, and awards over the past 10 years. Aug 2016Present · 9 yrs 9 mos · Phoenix, Arizona

  • The Sales Enablement Society is a volunteer organization founded in January 2016, by a diverse group of like-minded sales and marketing professionals based in the Washington, D.C. area. The society's goal is to better define the sales enablement functions and roles that currently exist within organizations, and ultimately solve the vast disparities that exist in the profession today. The SES's overall mission identifies best practices for successful outcomes, clarifies the operations for the sales enablement business, and develops the criteria for sales enablement roles within successful organizations. The SES's mission is based on an Albert Einstein quote: "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." This quote applies to most organizations tasked with driving sales and marketing productivity today.
