About

19 years. Across technology, healthcare, automotive manufacturing, and digital services. Organisations at every stage of the growth curve. My experience spans technology, healthcare, automotive manufacturing, and digital services — across organisations at very different stages, from early-stage build-outs to established enterprises managing complex, multi-geography workforces. In each context, the work has been about connecting people strategy to what the business actually needs to move forward. I've built HR from scratch, scaled it under pressure, and rebuilt it when it stopped working. At companies like Avalara, Atidiv, Piaggio (Vespa), Rayden, Infosys, and Mphasis — my work has sat at the intersection of people strategy and business outcomes. Some of the things I'm most proud of: growing a 70-person offshore centre into a 900+ employee strategic engineering hub; scaling a workforce from 115 to 500 in under a year; leading HR for 3 acquisitions while sustaining engagement and revenue momentum and being recognised with Great Place to Work® and multiple awards for learning and OD at Piaggio. Across all of it, the pattern has been consistent — diagnose where the business actually is, build what it genuinely needs, and make sure the people systems work as hard as the business does. I've been a trusted advisor to CEOs and MDs, a hands-on operator when that's what the situation called for, and a builder of teams, cultures, and capabilities that outlast any one leader. I'm now VP-HR at Simplify Group — a technology holding company whose portfolio spans Simplify Healthcare, SimplifyX, Simplify Alpha, and Simplify Ventures. My focus here is on building an AI-ready organisation, automating HR operations, and helping each company in the portfolio develop a culture that suits its stage — all anchored to the entrepreneurial, high-ownership DNA that defines Simplify at its core.
