From building, hiring and skilling a competent team of 25+ individuals, taking the revenue for 120cr+ ARR to 900 cr+ ARR in 12 months and becoming the fastest in the organisation to get promoted from Senior Director to Vice President and ensuring 50% of his team get promoted within 12 months, Abhimanyu's stint in Zepto helped him hone his leadership skills and gave him the confidence that he belongs at the leadership table.
