Utilized intimate familiarity with Bloomberg’s OMS to drive the final stages of implementation across Russell Investments Globally.

• Drove US distribution for Europe’s leading manufacturer of camping and outdoor equipment (OASE Camping and outdoor brands of Easy Camp, Outwell, and Robens). Guided product selection and related operating and treasury activities including FX and risk management
• Negotiated an exclusive five-year distribution agreement with OASE. Built solid brick and mortar and e-commerce retail chains. Drove $11M distribution agreement. Launched the company’s first US camping collection.

• Expanded large existing accounts (including Russell Investments, Google Corporate Treasury, Visa Corporate Treasury and other profile corporate treasuries). In one example, implemented and integrated Bloomberg’s OMS beyond the initial three-person Money Mark Desk at Russell Investments to 100+ users and across most desks (derivatives, options, equities). Reversed exodus of large Order Management System (OMS) clients including American Century Investments that were leaving the company due to ineffective portfolio management and client support. Worked closely inside corporate Treasuries with Cash Management, Trading, IT and Operations.
• Served as the global Corporate Treasury, Cash Management and Repo specialist. Chosen to present a corporate treasury solution on a number of occasions to global heads of Bloomberg, pitching a better, lighter solution (TMS). Utilized expertise in Cash Management, Repo and Portfolio rebalancing to support the sales process at the C level.

Planned and prioritized resources to meet existing and new portfolio service requirements. Documented development of all personnel responsibilities
• Restructured domestic and international cash forecast and reconciliation, payment and custodian instruction systems. Automated cash management / reconciliation processes and freed up more than 50% of time support personnel. In the process, found that ING was owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in pooled interest earned because of previous improper calculation.
