Most of my career has been in GTM recruiting for high-growth SaaS (Stripe, GitHub, Toptal), partnering with CROs and revenue leaders on roles where the wrong hire is expensive and the right one moves the number. I've led global teams of 15, advised 13+ VPs simultaneously, and built the operating rhythms that turn a recruiting function from reactive to strategic.
