I've spent 12+ years in recruiting, and the work I'm proudest of isn't the roles I've filled. It's the systems I've built around them. Interview architectures that cut late-stage surprises. Intake frameworks that align hiring managers before a req opens. Reporting that tells leadership something they didn't already know. Most of my career has been in GTM recruiting for high-growth SaaS (Stripe, GitHub, Toptal), partnering with CROs and revenue leaders on roles where the wrong hire is expensive and the right one moves the number. I've led global teams of 15, advised 13+ VPs simultaneously, and built the operating rhythms that turn a recruiting function from reactive to strategic. What I'm focused on now: using AI to take the repetitive, low-judgment work off a recruiter's desk so the human work, stakeholder influence, candidate experience, decision quality, gets more attention. I'm actively automating my own workflow as a proof of concept and building fluency with the tools reshaping how recruiting teams operate.
