PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY I’ve always believed that the most complex problems have the simplest, most natural solutions. We just have to listen. My life has been a journey of understanding ecosystems—first in the boardroom, then in the soil, and now in the female body. I spent years in the corporate world mastering the art of building brands and businesses, struggling to understand my body - Biologically and Chemically, and its response! But my real masterclass in health happened when I stepped into the fields as a blueberry farmer. Farming taught me what no strategy deck ever could: you cannot force a harvest. You can only nurture the environment. I saw how the right balance of nutrients, timing, and patience could turn a seedling into a thriving plant. It was a literal "root-cause" education that changed how I viewed human health. Today, I’m applying those same principles of nature to #womenwellnessfirst At Women Wellness First, we bridge the gap between high-performance living and hormonal harmony. Whether it's navigating PCOS, thyroid health, or the burnout that comes with modern ambition, my approach is about returning to what is sustainable, evidence-based, and aligned with our natural biology. In my past - I had established myself as a creative revolutionist! A very strong brand positioning and integrated communication expert and worked across most admired advertising agencies and iconic brands alike. I helped reposition many brands like Tata Sumo, Tata Safari, Limca, Coke India, Thums Up, Maaza and Sprite. In all humility and conviction I am decidedly a manager of creativity and like to get the best out of people by creating nurturing and inspirational environment for a set of people I work with and I don't work with! I am told my greatest strength is in keeping things simple. People I have worked with call me fearless and a very passionate people person. When I am not busy earning money to live my passions, I cook, travel, brush up my understanding on nutrition and food, being a cure for everything.
